HEA Broker Portal for
Partners and Referral Networks
Branded quote links. Real-time pipeline visibility. Fee tracking. A partner channel built specifically for brokers who originate HEAs, with quoting, submission, and status tracking in one place.
QuantmRE's broker portal gives Originators a white-label partner channel: brokers and referral partners get branded quote links, deal submission, and live status visibility, while the Originator keeps control of underwriting, products, and compliance.
A branded portal gives brokers the same tools they already use for other products: instant quotes, real-time status, and a single place to submit and track deals. That familiarity is what gets HEAs onto a broker's product shelf alongside everything else they offer.

Capabilities
Key Capabilities built for
the partner channel.
Branded quote links
Each broker distributes quote links carrying their own branding within the Originator's program, so a homeowner sees a consistent, professional experience from first estimate onward. Before distributing a link, a broker can verify that a prospective customer would be attributed to them and is eligible to proceed.
Deal submission and tracking
Brokers submit applications, upload documents, and follow status in real time instead of emailing spreadsheets and waiting for callbacks. A built-in task manager gives brokers list, table, and calendar views of their pipeline without leaving the portal.
Product entitlement
The Originator controls which products each partner can offer, and every quote records the product and guideline version behind it.
Fee and payout tracking
Fee history, payout schedules, and attribution tracking are visible to each partner without a separate spreadsheet or manual reconciliation. Partners can also see potential fees on in-progress applications, making it possible to forecast earnings before a deal closes. Payout settings cover multiple payout methods, a default selection, automatic payouts, and monthly, bi-weekly, or on-demand schedules.
Control stays with the Originator
Underwriting decisions, guideline configuration, document content, and compliance language remain with the Originator. Partner activity is fully visible and auditable.
Duplicate detection
Applications are checked for duplicates at both the calculator and submission stages, using three-tier logic covering the same person and property, the same property with a different applicant such as a co-owner, and the same applicant with a different property. Partners receive a professional notification including the existing application reference and current status, and must actively confirm before proceeding, creating a documented decision point.
Task management
Tasks assigned by the processing team appear in the partner's own portal, with list, table, and calendar views so a partner can manage workload against due dates without leaving the platform.
Communications built in
SMS and email templates, per-customer messaging, and video sessions with homeowners all run inside the portal and are logged against the application record, alongside a shared notes thread with the processing team and a private notes tab visible only to the partner.
Documents and resources
A categorized library of legal agreements, marketing materials, and training guides, distributed to partners through the portal so everything a partner needs is in one place.
Two roles,
one channel.
The portal supports two distinct roles. An originator sees their own pipeline, their own referral link, their own fees, and their own client communications. A broker sees all of that plus aggregated performance across every originator on their team, with referral counts, acceptance rates, and total fees per originator, and the ability to drill into any individual originator's pipeline.
That structure means a brokerage can run a team under one branded roof without the Originator losing visibility, and without every partner needing their own separate arrangement.
How the broker channel
actually works.
Every broker-distributed quote and application runs through the same point of sale, documents, and guideline versioning as any other channel. A homeowner reached through a partner's branded link sees the identical experience, the identical figures, and the identical disclosures as a homeowner applying directly.
The Originator controls what each partner can access. Product entitlement, guideline versions, document content, and compliance language are all configured centrally, and partner activity is fully visible and auditable in the Originator's own admin system.
Partners work entirely inside the portal. There is nothing to install, license, or maintain, and status updates, document requests, and fee tracking all live in one place rather than across email, phone calls, and spreadsheets. Brokers who manage their own referral networks can also create sub-originators beneath them, each with its own tracked link and pipeline view.

Request a Demo →What is a white-label HEA broker portal?
A branded web portal an HEA Originator provides to its broker and referral partners for quoting, submitting, and tracking Home Equity Agreements, running on the Originator's platform under the Originator's program rules.
Do brokers need their own HEA technology?
No. Partners work entirely within the portal the Originator provides. There is nothing for the broker to license, install, or maintain.
Can different partners be given different products?
Yes. Product entitlement is controlled per partner, and each quote records exactly which product and guideline version produced it.
How do homeowners experience a broker-originated HEA?
Through the same point of sale as any other channel: an instant estimate, a full quote document, and a guided application, presented under consistent branding.
Does the portal replace the Originator's admin system?
No. It is the partner-facing layer of the same platform. Submissions land directly in the Originator's origination system with full context.
